Standard Free Newsletter Agreement

This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the Travelton.com Free Newsletter Subscription Program. In this agreement, the term "Member" refers to you (the applicant). Whenever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "Member", "we" or "our" refers to Travelton.com owners 

ELIGIBILITY 
An individual becomes a Travelton.com Newsletter Member by completing and submitting the online Newsletter Subscription Form. The Member must be of legal age to participate in the state, province or country in which they reside. 

COST
Subscription is FREE. All members may take advantage of our newsletter offers. There is no cost to become a subscriber.

UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL 
(SPAM) Travelton in no way participates in mass unsolicited
emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Subscribers are expected to adhere to this
policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in termination of this
agreement, and immediate dismissal from the Travelton Newsletter Subscription Program.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
(or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this
Agreement or the Subscription Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

COMMUNICATION 
Travelton is an Internet based service and therefore uses email and Internet web pages as communication devices. . Any information posted on our website or emailed to the Member's email address of record is considered delivered to the Member. 

TERMINATION 
Any Subscriber who wishes to terminate their subscription may do so by inserting the email address and clicking 'unsubscribe'.

PRIVACY
Travelton respects privacy of its subscribers and will NOT SELL subscribers email address. We may send you occasional advertising of commercial partners.

DISCLAIMERS 
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Newsletter Subscription Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the  will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. 

AMENDMENTS 
Travelton may amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be communicated by posting them
on the Travelton website or by email. Amendments are effective and binding
upon being published on the website or upon the sending of an email notification.
